Salt Ministries is deeply committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and young people in our care. As part of this commitment, all staff and volunteers are thoroughly trained in Creating Safe Spaces, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to foster a secure and supportive environment. Additionally, we have designated Child Safe Officers—Belinda Dover, Cheryl Thomas, and David Ball—who are specifically responsible for overseeing and upholding our child safety policies, providing guidance, and addressing any concerns to ensure the highest standards of care and protection.
